My father and I had the pleasure to have Kristine Dozeman assist us in purchasing a house in the Grand Rapids area. The house we selected turned out to have a difficult financial and legal attachment, and Kristine was incredibly tenacious and consumately professional at every step. Not only did the closing take place at the last possible moment, but Kristine personally facilitated the document transfer from lending institution to title company. She also suggested a remote closing, saving my father several hundred dollars in travel fees from out of state and no small amount of inconvenience. As the closing date changed multiple times, this was not an insignificant detail. The peace of mind that my father and I felt as a result of Kristine's capable and confident management made a difficult situation much more tolerable.
